Time Bomb produces high yields of 1½ inch round, slightly pointed cherry peppers that mature from green to bright red. Vigorous plants produce little thick walled "bombs" that give a burst of pleasant heat (1000 Scoville units). These mildly hot with a slightly smoky flavor peppers are great for canning, stuffing or chopping for Salsas.

It's a good pepper for pickling with its moderately pungent flavor and thick walls to absorb more pickling brine.
